Key Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master at PLAYipp, you will be responsible for facilitating and improving our Agile processes to ensure productive and efficient product development. Your responsibilities will include:

Facilitating Agile Practices:

• Guide and coach the development team in using Agile/Scrum practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Removing Impediments:

• Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may be hindering the team’s progress.
• Protect the development team from external distractions and interruptions.

Fostering Team Collaboration:

• Promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect within the team.
• Encourage open communication and transparency both within the team and with stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the Scrum process and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Implement feedback loops and promote a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation within the team.
• Promote and facilitate the practices of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to ensure high-quality and fast delivery of products.

Collaboration with Product Manager:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and the team to track and communicate key metrics to provide visibility into team performance and the health of the scrum process. 
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.

Performance Monitoring:

• Define and track key UX metrics to evaluate the success of design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure PLAYipp remains at the forefront of UX design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• A passion for technology and improving processes.
