Country Commercial Manager to SSP Nordic

We are in a period of change building a new Nordics Region for our business. We are looking for a Country Commercial Manager to support the Category Team with the execution of the Nordic commercial plan within a country. Reporting to the Category Management Director you’ll be placed at our office at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, working across the whole Nordic with a focus on Sweden.

Overall role:
As the Country Commercial Manger you will liaise with the Nordic Category Management Team to support country operations in the implementation of commercial plan and brand activity where languages spoken or relationships held locally are prohibitive.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work with local team e.g. operations and business development to ensure planned initiatives are implemented.
  • Contribute to the commercial plans providing local insight/knowledge and opportunities
  • Represent country considerations at commercial meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the timely delivery of range, pricing and POS
  • Monitor and report competitor activity
  • Monitor and provide feedback on compliance and performance through structured site visits.

Profile:
You must have 2-3 years’ experience within Retail or Food & Beverage industry where you have driven category optimisation delivering measurable commercial results and looking to further develop your career. The role requires you to have a Marketing degree or equivalent.

High energy levels with the ability to multitask will enable you to maximise the potential of this role. You are a relationship builder who has high skills in communications with different stakeholders and local teams. You are result oriented and comfortable working against targets and deadlines. You are a proficient user of Category Management Systems, Office Package, as well as fluent in Swedish and English in spoken and written.
