What makes Trade Marketing Director at SSP exciting?
We are in a period of change building a new Nordics Region for our business. We are looking for a Trade Marketing Director who will be responsible for development and implementation of supplier income generating Trade Marketing opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer you'll be placed at our office at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm, working across the whole Nordics.

As a Trade Marketing Director you will work as a part of the Global Trade Marketing Team to deliver Trade Marketing strategy within Nordic Region by planning and commercial modelling of Trade Marketing activities ensuring bankable income is maximised.
. Delivering activity plans for existing contractual marketing budgets with local marketing teams.
. Building Trade Marketing relationships with new and existing suppliers and identifying new opportunities for investment.
. Developing calendar of regular trade marketing activity.
. Communicating activity to creative team & operations team.
. Engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered appropriately and measured
. Audit and evaluate key activities
. Leadership and coaching -provide guidance to Trade Marketing Executive and other Commercial team members in best practices of report/project deliverables, and business communications.
. Best practice sharing with broader global Trade Marketing colleagues
. In cooperation with various marketing teams identify new promotions/third party partners/local opportunities/additional trade marketing opportunities etc.
To succeed in this role you need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience. You must have at least 5 years of relevant experience of Trade Marketing within Retail/Catering/Travel or other relevant industries and proven management background. Furthermore you must have highly numerate and commercially astute with history of commercial delivery and proven negotiation skills.
If you have the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure you will fit into this role. As a person you are creative, professional, well organized and responsible, a relationship builder with ability to multi task. You have strong presentation skills and are fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written. It is beneficial if you have experience of purchasing and experience of Partnerships and/or Category Management.
