What makes the role as Recipe Manager at SSP exciting?
We are in a period of change building a new Nordics Region for our business. We are looking for a Recipe Manager who will be responsible for leading projects and process development regarding product and recipe opportunities as well as maintain a correct recipe database and ensure timely and accurate implementation. Reporting to the Marketing Services Director in Norway you'll be placed at one of our offices, either at Arlanda Airport - Stockholm or Gardemoen Airport - Oslo, working across the whole Nordics.

The Recipe Manager leads projects to put in place the right foundations to ensure the ongoing accuracy of recipes, e.g. standardising yields, improving costing sheet templates and condiments. In your role you act as a gatekeeper and ensure proper checks and accuracy are maintained for any recipes changed or added to the recipe database.
. Work across departments to improve listing and recipe management processes
. Support various departments with recipe data analysis.

. Manage projects to put in place the right foundations to ensure the ongoing accuracy of recipes.
. Lead cross check meetings with relevant project team to ensure recipes, specs and buying guides are accurate before being issued to the teams in operations
. Work closely with the Head of NPD/Executive chef to ensure priorities are set and support the planning and timely implementation of NPD activities
. Support commercial with recipe data analysis and health and safety and data teams with allergen process
. Coach the local Heads of Production
. Identifying standardisation and cost opportunities
To succeed in this role you need to be a qualified chef with equivalent work experience. You must be a good project manager and highly organized and accurate, with good attention to details. We want you to have strong communication skills and be good at problem solving and driving improvements. With great analytical and presentation skills you work effective with cross check meetings to support accurate launches.
If you are a team-player with a good knowledge of recipe systems and enjoy working with administration and managing large amount of data -you will fit into this role. Your knowledge of how recipes costing and specs need to work in a commercial environment is excellent. You are self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a complex changing environment. Advanced Microsoft expertise Excel skills required. You must be fluent English in spoken and written and preferably any additional Nordic language.
