What makes Country Commercial Manager at SSP exciting?
We are in a period of change building a new Nordics Region for our business. We are looking for a Country Commercial Manager to support the execution of the Nordic commercial plan within country. Reporting to the Category Management Director you'll be placed at our office at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm, working across the whole Nordics.

As the Country Commercial Manger you will support country operations in the implementation of commercial plan and brand activity where languages spoken or relationships held locally are prohibitive as well as liaise with the category management teams.
. Work with local team e.g. operations, business development to ensure excellent implementation
. Prepare and submit briefs and track progress to ensure delivery to time and budget.
. Support Trade Marketing to develop and implement supplier initiatives.
. Represent country considerations at commercial meetings with partners
. Support the delivery of range pricing and POS for new openings.
. Monitor competitor activity.
. Monitor site performance and compliance through structured site visits.
. Build relationships with local franchised brand partners.
. Ad hoc project management and coordination
To succeed in this role you need to have a Marketing degree or equivalent work experience. You must have at least 3 years of experience from marketing using price, range, display and space, upselling, margin or category optimisation to deliver commercial results. We want you to have knowledge of external trends in the food and beverage and/or grocery industry and good understanding of operational reality in units.
If you are an effective communicator in verbal and written with ability to work at pace and effectively prioritise competing demands on time you will fit into this role. You are a proficient user of Word, Excel, Power Point and category Management Systems as well as Fluent in Swedish and English in spoken and written.
