What makes Commercial Controller - Labour at SSP exciting?
We are in a period of change building a new Nordics Region for our business. We are looking for a Nordic Commercial Controller who will be responsible for providing clear information of the overall Labour costs and weekly, monthly and yearly labour planning. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Control Manager you'll be placed at our office at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm, together with FP & A team and Commercial Controllers.

The Commercial Controller is responsible for providing information about all aspects of the Nordics overall labour costs and labour planning. It is a key role producing accurate labour costs budgets, forecasts and long term plans working together with Operations/Finance/HR.
. Develop weekly sales budgets, per unit, based on past performance and management assumptions in cooperation with the FP & A and rest of controlling team
. Working together with the Better Service Planning team to successfully implement new tools and processes
. Control and analysis of labour hours and gap analysis ensuring that the productivity levels are achieved and if not providing a cause analysis
. Development and control of KPIs per unit, country and regional central overhead costs
. Proactive view and proposal of correction and improvement measures
. Permanent communication, co-operation and support to operations and labour scheduling teams
. Ad hoc analysis
To succeed in this role you need to be a qualified Commercial Controller with degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience. You must be highly organized with the capacity to ensure that all aspects of labour costs and analysis are accurate. We want you to have 3 or more years of relevant experience with proven finance and accounting background. Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise skills required. Your experience and ability to understand operations and labour legal requirements/constraints is important. A strong analytical ability is a must.
We see you as a flexible, creative self-starter who is highly-driven and self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a complex changing environment. Your communication skills need to be excellent and you are able to fully interact with different stakeholders. Fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written.
